This page is a plain-language summary of how Sought After Co. ("we," "us") works with clients and handles data collected through this website. It's written to be clear, not to be a substitute for a lawyer — if you're relying on this for a specific legal question, get real legal advice.

Terms of Service

What we offer

Sought After Co. provides brand identity, website design, and related marketing services — everything from a focused identity project to a full brand-and-website build with an ongoing client-acquisition system. The specific deliverables, price, and timeline for your project are the ones agreed on directly with you before work begins; nothing on this site is a binding menu or fixed quote.

Payment

Payment terms (deposit amount, schedule, and due dates) are confirmed with you individually, typically by email, before work starts. Work generally begins once the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Late or missing payment may pause work or delivery.

Website packages & online payments

Launch and Launch + Grow packages are fixed-price. You can pay in full up front, or split it: a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% when your site is ready to launch. The deposit reserves your spot in the build calendar, and work begins once it's received. The final payment is due before the site goes live on your domain.

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. A receipt and invoice are emailed to you automatically after every payment.

Each package includes revisions during the two-week build window. Changes requested after launch, or work outside the agreed scope, are quoted separately before any work is done.

Care plan (monthly)

Launch + Grow includes three months of care. After that, or if you sign up for care on its own, the care plan is a monthly subscription billed automatically through Stripe on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing us before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; we don't refund partial months.

Refunds on website packages

If you cancel before your kickoff call, your deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable, because that time has been reserved and spent on your project. If something isn't right, tell us first and we'll make it right. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer.

Timelines

Any timeline we give you — on a case study, in a proposal, or on a call — is a realistic estimate based on similar past projects, not a guarantee. Actual delivery depends on how quickly you provide feedback, content, and approvals — a project that's waiting on you will take longer than the estimate, through no fault of ours.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables — logo files, brand assets, and website — outright. Nothing is licensed back to us, and access doesn't disappear if we stop working together later. Work-in-progress files and concepts not selected as part of the final deliverable remain ours.

Cancellations & refunds

If you need to cancel a project in progress, let us know as soon as possible. Work already completed is non-refundable; any unearned portion of a deposit for work not yet started is handled case by case. Diagnostic calls and working sessions are scheduled time — if you need to reschedule, give us reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Liability

We do good work and stand behind it, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (bookings, sales, leads) as a result of a new brand or website — those depend on a lot of factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — the inquiry form or the free checklist signup — we collect what you type in: name, email, business name, and any message or answers you provide. We don't collect anything beyond what you submit directly, plus the payment records described below if you pay online.

Payments

When you pay online, your card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive your name, email, business name, the amount paid, and limited card details (such as the card brand and last four digits) so we can keep records and send invoices.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to follow up with you about your inquiry, send the requested checklist, and — if you signed up for it — occasional emails about Sought After. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Submissions are processed through Google's tools (Google Sheets and Gmail, via Google Apps Script) and stored in a private spreadsheet only we have access to. No third-party marketing or analytics platforms are connected to this site.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics. It's a straightforward static website — what you see is what's running.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your information from our records at any time, no questions asked — just email us.
