Terms of Service

What we offer

Sought After Co. provides brand identity, website design, and related marketing services, currently structured as three offerings: the Brand Audit, Brand Refresh + Website, and the Full System. The specific deliverables, price, and timeline for your project are the ones agreed on directly with you before work begins — the packages listed on this site are starting points, not a binding menu.

Payment

Payment terms (deposit amount, schedule, and due dates) are confirmed with you individually, typically by email, before work starts. Work generally begins once the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Late or missing payment may pause work or delivery.

Timelines

Timelines listed on this site (for example, "about a week" or "4 weeks") are realistic estimates based on typical projects, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on how quickly you provide feedback, content, and approvals — a project that's waiting on you will take longer than the estimate, through no fault of ours.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables — logo files, brand assets, and website — outright. Nothing is licensed back to us, and access doesn't disappear if we stop working together later. Work-in-progress files and concepts not selected as part of the final deliverable remain ours.

Cancellations & refunds

If you need to cancel a project in progress, let us know as soon as possible. Work already completed is non-refundable; any unearned portion of a deposit for work not yet started is handled case by case. The Brand Audit is a scheduled working session — if you need to reschedule, give us reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Liability

We do good work and stand behind it, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes (bookings, sales, leads) as a result of a new brand or website — those depend on a lot of factors outside our control. Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — the inquiry form or the free checklist signup — we collect what you type in: name, email, business name, and any message or answers you provide. We don't collect anything beyond what you submit directly.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to follow up with you about your inquiry, send the requested checklist, and — if you signed up for it — occasional emails about Sought After. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Submissions are processed through Google's tools (Google Sheets and Gmail, via Google Apps Script) and stored in a private spreadsheet only we have access to. No third-party marketing or analytics platforms are connected to this site.

Cookies & tracking

This site doesn't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics. It's a straightforward static website — what you see is what's running.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your information from our records at any time, no questions asked — just email us.
